Return Eligibility and Guidelines

1. Items must be returned within 30 calendar days from the purchase date. Animal feed must be returned within a 14 calendar day limit.
2. Items must be unused and in the same condition as when they were received.
3. Items must be in their original packaging.
4. Receipt or proof of purchase from IFA Country Store is required.
5. No returns on clearance merchandise. All clearance sales are final.
6. No returns on live animal purchases. All sales are final.
7. No returns on vaccines for health and safety reasons. All vaccine sales are final.
8. Plant returns must comply with the conditions outlined in IFA’s tree & shrub guarantee.
9. Returns may be restricted at any time due to disease or other health issues.
10. Return payment will be in the form of the original purchase.

Returns for Online Purchases

• Online purchases follow the same guidelines outlined in the Return Eligibility and Guidelines section above.
• Return online purchases directly at your local IFA Country Store.
