The solid pleasure bit is exactly what it says, a pleasure. The forward sweetwater mouth makes this bit very easy for the horse to carry. The shape of the port along with the mullen relief is comfortable as it provides tongue relief while distributing any pressure evenly across the mouth. The bit is mild but has enough control without being overly aggressive.
