Pioneer Valley Apricot Syrup, 11.5 Ounce

This apricot syrup is made with ripe apricots harvested from mountain valleys in the Rockies. We work directly with the growers so that our apricots stay on the trees longer and develop more flavors and natural fruity sweetness. Better fruit makes a better syrup. In this syrup, there is no corn syrup which allows the true fruit flavor to come through. Enhanced with just a bit of peach juice to mellow the edginess of the apricot, a hint of almond extract to brighten the fruity tones of the apricot, and a portion of honey to add depth and dimensionality.
