At the reins of the IFA Cooperative is a leadership team made up of IFA’s Senior Management and Board of Directors. IFA’s leadership team work closely together to help ensure the cooperative fulfills its purpose by serving the needs of member producers both now and in the future.
As a cooperative, IFA’s Senior Management team is responsible for directing the co-op’s affairs in ways that are beneficial for all patrons and members. Exceptional leadership has guided the co-op through over 100 years of growth and continues to position IFA as a preeminent agriculture supply source helping intermountain producers grow the things they love.
The Board of Directors play an important role in governing cooperative decisions to ensure that IFA is effectively serving the needs of its members. As a 100-year-old cooperative, IFA is owned by those who rely on our products and services and the Co-op Board of Directors serve as a voice for those members in their respective regions. Board representatives help make decisions that direct the cooperative’s future in a way that is beneficial to all IFA co-op members.
IFA’s Board of Directors is composed of intermountain producers with extensive agricultural backgrounds and experience. Board members are nominated and elected by IFA co-op members within their region and serve as a representative of these growers for a term of three years.
